Mechanical bull rental FAQ

How much does a mechanical bull rental cost?

Half Event (3 hours) is $650, Full Event (4 hours) is $800, and Festival / All-Day (6 hours) is $1,150. Additional hours are $200. There is a three-hour minimum, and run time starts when riders start, not counting setup or teardown. For public events, we have run pay-per-ride; at Rock the South in Decatur it was $15 per rider.

What is included?

Delivery, setup and teardown at your location; a trained operator for the whole event, matching ride speed to each rider’s age and ability; a full inflatable safety surround and padded base; rider waivers provided and collected on site; and all equipment, controls and cabling.

Is there a travel fee?

The first 25 miles from Hanceville are included. Beyond that, travel is $2.00 per mile. Overnight or multi-day events are quoted, with a discounted daily rate for consecutive days.

How much space and power do you need?

Level ground with about 20 x 20 feet clear, about a 12-foot ceiling indoors, a standard 110V outlet within 100 feet (or add our generator), and vehicle and trailer access. Grass, dirt, concrete or asphalt all work.

What if there is no power at my site?

A generator is available if there is no on-site power. Ask when you book.

What ages can ride?

The operator matches ride speed to each rider’s age and ability, from a slow spin for kids to a challenge for adults. Every rider signs a waiver, and riders under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign.

Is the bull ever left unattended?

No. The operator never leaves the bull unattended.

What happens if it rains?

Rain or high wind means we reschedule at no penalty, or move indoors if there is space.

How do I book, and what is the deposit?

A $150 deposit holds your date, and the balance is due on the event day. We take cash, check or card. Invoices and a W-9 are available for schools, churches and corporate accounts. Rush bookings inside 7 days depend on availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 14 or more days out for a full refund. Inside 14 days, your deposit applies to a future date within 12 months.

We are based in Hanceville in Cullman County and serve towns within about 50 miles, including Cullman, Decatur, Hartselle, Huntsville, Madison, Birmingham, Hoover, Trussville, Gardendale, Jasper, Albertville, Gadsden and Athens.
